The conference calendar for Sapore 2011 is currently being drawn up.

The opening day will start off with a conference, organized in partnership with the FIPE research center, that will offer a snapshot of the current situation in out-of-home dining, looking at all the key figures in the chain, from producers to consumers, by way of trade and food service venues.
