DiVino Lounge - wine, food and more wine, spumante & champagne

DiVino Lounge is the sector of SAPORE (Italian for FLAVOUR) dedicated to trade visitors whose strong point is the meeting between wine and the catering/food service trade, and proposes new methods of consumption for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, a market that in Italy has a turnover of 65.7 billion euros and continues to grow. It is held at the beginning of the year, an ideal period for anticipating trends, and has an innovative particularly advantageous format:
- food area: mix n´ match with gourmet food prepared with the collaboration of famous chefs
- wine area: guided wine, spumante and champagne tasting sessions in collaboration with the AIS
- business area: pre-scheduled meetings with foreign and Italian buyers and Internet points for online sales
The initiative is staged in collaboration with La Madia Travelfood magazine.
