Four days to diffuse the culture of extra virgin olive oil, highlighting new technologies, ensuring in-depth coverage of important scientific issues and guiding catering and food service and catering trade members in product tasting and analysis. During the expo, the awards for the prestigious Oro Giallo 2008 Extra Virgin Olive Oil Contest were assigned.
