Food service managers and professionals
The partnership continues between Sapore and Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi. At the opening conference, the FIPE Research Center will present an interesting study of consumption and upcoming trends in the in the field of food service, spanning all parts of the chain, from producer to end consumer. Additional meetings, presentations and initiatives for the managers of food and beverage venues will be scheduled in the months ahead.
For years now, Sapore has been the leading event for all food service professionals, who find that Rimini is the ideal setting to discover new products (now grouped together in the Innovation Area), meet colleagues, and take part in contests, tastings, and other events.
Many initiatives will be organized in partnership with various trade associations, including Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Federation of Chefs), Associazione Italiana Sommelier (Italian Association of Sommeliers) and AIBES (Italian Bartenders´ Association), just to name a few.
