In the central South Foyer, a specially set up area - SAPORE INNOVATION AREA - will host all the new products presented at the expo.
The area will be divided according to the target channel: bars, restaurants, collective food service and Large-scale Distribution.
A panel of experts will select the best products in each category, which will be highlighted in special showcases and will receive the 2010 SAPORE INNOVATION AWARD.
Visitors to the expo will also be able vote for their favourite products and the result of this extended jury will be announced on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th February.
All the new products will also be illustrated in the SAPORE INNOVATION BOOK, which will be distributed free of charge to all visitors.
