RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VISITORS TO SAPORE 2011

1. The event is strictly limited to trade members only for its entire duration.
2. For access to the expo, each trade member must prove that he or she is involved in the trade by means of a business card or other document certifying his or her profession.
3. Admittance is forbidden to anybody under the age of 18.
4. It is forbidden to walk in the passageways of the expo halls with glasses, bottles or any other glass items. These object must not under any circumstances leave the stand area of the exhibiting firms.
5. Large bags or rucksacks must be left in the expo centre cloakroom.
6. Product samples, gadgets or gifts given by exhibiting firms to visitors must be  accompanied by a consignment note. Any items without this document will be confiscated at the exits by authorized staff.
7. Rimini Trade Fair reserves the right to refuse admission or to accompany to the exits any persons not complying with these regulations.
